A new LIDL store in Merseyside soon to exchange. LIDL had a requirement in this area of Merseyside and we successfully identified an off-market opportunity. 

New Co-Op store in Cumbria

Successfully identified an opportunity for a new Co-Op store. We are working with an experienced developer who will develop the store then handover to Co-Op on completion.
